The Laredo Police Department, along with a rather unexpected partner – Michael Myers – are here to share some tips to help you have a fun and safe Halloween.

Staying Safe on Halloween

Michael Myers: “Boo! You might be surprised to see me here, but even the boogeyman knows safety is important, especially on Halloween.”
